Banyan Tree Private Collection (BTPC) is operated by Asia’s award-winning, premium resort operator, Banyan Tree Hotels & Resorts.
Members have access to the best the world has to offer, with yearly escapes to top category private villas set in the most sought after locales around the globe. The collection offers memorable and bespoke travel experiences, every year – without the expenses of owning a vacation home.

Members may enjoy flexible stays every year at our signature villas at unsurpassed value. The annual cost will be less than a week’s stay at a Banyan Tree resort.

As Asia’s first asset-backed Destination Club offering memberships in perpetuity, you also have the option of transferring or selling the membership at any time.

There is no peak season surcharge, and Banyan Tree Private Collection members have access to all properties within the portfolio.

As Banyan Tree Hotels & Resorts continues to expand its portfolio of resorts, so too will the destinations available to you.

All Banyan Tree Private Collection villas are the most iconic, top category villas within Banyan Tree Hotels & Resorts. And unlike stand-alone villa rentals, all BTPC villas remain true to the Banyan Tree brand; detailed and designed to provide guests with a sense of place, capturing the spirit and culture of each location. Banyan Tree will maintain and refurbish the villas to the standards synonymous with the brand.

With most of our properties attached to Banyan Tree resorts, members have complete access to a wide range of resort facilities. BTPC members will also receive a membership card for special privileges on food & beverage, spa treatments and purchases at its lifestyle oriented retail outlets – Banyan Tree Gallery.

For holidays tailored to your preferences, the club’s dedicated membership services managers and resort hosts provide holiday planning services. Arrange unique destination specific experiences that range from spiritual temple treks and special diving sessions with marine researchers, to In-villa dining with dishes prepared using olive oil pressed from the private olive grove at our Tuscan villa.

With their in-depth knowledge of local attractions, your dedicated membership services manager will help you make the most of your getaway, providing assistance in itinerary planning catered to your preferences. Upon your arrival, our resort hosts are present to attend to your every need.

BTPC members enjoy asset-protection as the Club’s properties around the globe are safeguarded by an independent company, with shares held by trustee shareholders.

A quality vacation home’s down payment alone is likely to cost more than the combined BTPC membership joining fee and annual dues. The break even point of the initial outlay of membership joining fee and annual dues is within four to seven years, attesting to the true
value of the membership.

With membership in perpetuity and an ever-expanding portfolio of properties, its value when weighed against that of owning or renting a vacation home is obvious.

• Perpetual and transferable,membership is perpetual, which means the membership never expires; you can transfer, sell or will on your membership at a later stage.
• Brand assurance of villa quality ,in contrast to stand–alone villa quality and furnishings, all BTPC villas are designed in keeping with Banyan Tree Hotels & Resorts, which is continually recognized as providing high quality accommodation in unique locations.
• Resort amenities and membership privileges,most other destination clubs are a selection of stand–alone properties. As most of our properties are located within a Banyan Tree, you have access to all the resort facilities and activities, whilst your Membership card allows you discounts to Banyan Tree restaurants, spas, galleries and free access to golf green.
• Destination specific experiences ,a large array of activities and experiences can be pre-booked and pre-paid so that you can relax and enjoy the destination once you arrive.
• Hassle free travel ,once you have made your reservation, your membership services manager will be able to assist in arranging all other details. At Banyan Tree Resorts dedicated Resort hosts will attend to your every need.

There is a cap on membership, but as the membership base grows, so will the amount of villas within the collection. At any one time there will always be a ratio of 1.5 to 2 times the projected number of memberships to the number of available villas.

Your friends and family are permitted to stay at the villas if you provide their details prior to arriving at the Resort, subject to the maximum occupancy of the villas.

A seven-night or fourteen-night stay can be split into several stays with no limitation to your needs and desires and can be used in different destination and periods.

All confirmations will be subject to availability on a first-come-first-served basis.
