Other Terms & Conditions:

  • The membership is valid for 12 months starting from the date of joining
  • Trial membership is not renewable at the time of expiration
  • An option to upgrade to Individual/Alternate/Corporate membership is permitted before or by the last day of the One-Year Trial.  The difference between the US$15,000 and the respective membership's prevailing category price will have to be paid for the conversion.
  • Payment shall be made in two installments, 50% (US$7,500) at signing, and the balance one month later
  • Entitlement usage of properties may commence when the first 50% payment is received
  • All 14 nights must be consumed within the membership year; any unused nights will be forfeited
  • The entitlement stay is not applicable for booking over the designated peak periods of Christmas week, New Year week, Chinese New Year week and Easter week.
  • For Kyoto Apartment, Japan Public Holidays are considered Peak Period, please ask our Membership Services for details
  • The terms & conditions are subject to change without prior notice
  • Concierge services are available for destination specific activities such as airport transfers and others.

* For comparison, a two-bedroom Double Pool Villa at Banyan Tree Phuket at Rack Rates is chargeable at US$28,000 for 14 nights.
