THE MEMBERSHIP PLAN

The basic Membership Plan includes:
  • 2 weeks use of a 2-bedroom villa
  • Membership privilege card offering discounts to spa treatments, gallery products, food & beverage, golf and extension of stays
  • Vacation planning services
  • Resort host and on-site concierge services at Banyan Tree resorts
  • BTPC Golf Access
  • Associate Villas usage entitlement

The Terms and Conditions:

  • The membership is in perpetuity.
  • Allows two nominees and it may be transferred/sold to another person. Charges will apply as per Terms and Conditions, Rules and Regulations.
  • Installment payments are permitted up to 6 months with a minimum 10% (US$25,000) on signing.
  • The Entitlement stay is 14 nights in 2-bedroom BanyanTree villa or the four external properties in Tuscany, Grasse, Kyoto and London.
  • Entitlement usage may commence when the first 40% payment is received.
  • All 14 nights must be consumed within a year or rolled over to the next.
  • Each week may split as you wish
  • The entitlement stay is not subject to a surcharge for bookings over the designated peak periods of Christmas Week, New Year Week, Easter Week, Chinese New Year Week or Japanese designated Public Holidays. Strict cancellation policy applies, please refer to Terms and Conditions, Rules and Regulations of the Club.
